Weight Watch Week 1

I’m going to do this.

Start Weight: 107 kg
Goal Weight: 80 kg
Need to lose 27kg
Would like to meet this goal by September 1, 2010 (Worldcon)
Four months and 1 week. Approximately 17 weeks, approximately 1.6 kg per week.

Bust: 133cm
Waist: 107cm
Hips: 130cm
Thighs: 74cm
Upper Arm: 36cm

Strategies: Eat less! Portion control is important. Eat more fruit & veg. Cut out the crap! Exercise! Take Max for walks on the beach. Take kids for bike rides. Walk to shopping centre for bread & milk etc. Go swimming when David is home.
