Thunderbirds are go!

The live action movie version was just on tv. I’ve never been a Thunderbirds fan, I think I may have watched exactly one episode in my life. And Bill Paxton? Not an actor! But it wasn’t a bad kiddie flick, and it was nice to switch my brain off for a while, given that I had planned to go to bed at 7.30 to try to catch up on missed sleep from last night. Pleasant enough way to waste some time.

And if I’d gone to bed, I would only have been woken up an hour later by sick girl with 38.3 temp and hideous cough. Poor little chicken. She’s back in bed now, will see if I can grab a couple of hours myself.

And just to add to the fun? My throat is getting sore…

Start gargling. Now. I find if I do it every hour at the first sign of a sore throat it doesn’t ripen. I use a few drops of Tincture of Myrrh and a few of tea-tree oil in a couple of ounces of water but you can improvise with whatever’s on hand. Oh, I do hope you are not all going to be ill with the move coming on!

    Oh no! Sick kids!

I get all crumbly when mine go down in a heap. It’s terrible. Still, things could have been worse. You could have been watching “Resident Evil 3”.

Take care of yourself and the littlies, T.

I never saw the original, but we took the kids to see it at the movies. I loved it for pretty much all the reasons everyone else seemed to hate it. *shrug* It worked for me. It was fun. 🙂

I want to get me a Parker. 🙂

Hope you and the babies get better. *hugs*
